Rates are from Strategy's SEC 8-K filings and dividend announcements. Because STRC pays on the $100 stated amount, the effective yield to a buyer is higher whenever the shares trade below par.
What changed in July 2026
Two things: the rate stepped up to 12.00%, and the payment cadence moved from monthly to semi-monthly (two record dates per month, the 15th and month-end) effective July 1, 2026. Strategy still evaluates the rate monthly, so further resets are possible.
